Encourage, direct, or coordinate others to submit responses for the purpose of artificially affecting results;
Access or attempt to access any administrative, unpublished, or non-public site function, endpoint, workflow, webhook, API, or system without authorization.
6A. Poll Integrity; Prohibited Manipulation
You may not use the site, any form, poll, survey, script, workflow, API, webhook, or related feature to distort, interfere with, or manipulate poll results, survey results, rankings, summaries, analytics, or other site outputs. Without limitation, you agree not to, and not to encourage, assist, coordinate with, or direct any other person or entity to:
Submit multiple responses for the same poll, survey, race, or question beyond what is expressly permitted by the site;
Submit responses using false, misleading, fabricated, disposable, spoofed, or impersonated identities, names, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, ZIP codes, devices, browsers, sessions, accounts, or other identifiers;
Use bots, scripts, automation tools, click farms, proxy services, VPNs, rotating IP tools, emulators, device spoofing, or other technical means to evade submission limits, identity checks, fraud controls, validation rules, or security measures;
Coordinate, solicit, organize, direct, or incentivize others to submit responses for the purpose of artificially affecting, skewing, biasing, or distorting results;
Misrepresent eligibility, location, residency, identity, voter status, support level, or any other information submitted through the site;
Attempt to probe, test, circumvent, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with any poll methodology, validation system, security control, scoring process, workflow, webhook, API, database, analytics tool, or related infrastructure;
access, attempt to access, or use any non-public page, endpoint, administrative feature, or system without authorization.
Ohio Election HQ may, in its sole discretion, investigate suspicious activity and determine whether any response, submission, account, device, session, identifier, household, IP address, or pattern of activity is invalid, duplicated, coordinated, fraudulent, automated, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with poll integrity.
We may, with or without notice:
Reject, quarantine, delay, exclude, reweight, or remove any submission or group of submissions;
Withhold, revise, restate, suspend, or remove published results, sample sizes, percentages, rankings, summaries, or related outputs;
Restrict, suspend, or ban access to the site or any feature;
Preserve and use relevant logs, metadata, technical signals, and submission history for security, enforcement, editorial, operational, analytical, or legal purposes; and
Refer suspected misconduct to service providers, platform partners, legal counsel, or law enforcement where appropriate.
A submission to the site does not create any right to inclusion in any published result, sample, tally, analysis, or dataset.
7. User Submissions
If you submit a message, correction, form response, poll response, survey response, suggestion, media inquiry, tip, or other content, you represent and warrant that:
The information is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge;
The information is not false, fabricated, misleading, spoofed, or impersonated;
You are not submitting on behalf of another person without authority;
You are not submitting duplicate, coordinated, automated, or manipulative responses;
You have the right to submit the content; and
The submission does not violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right.
We may use technical, behavioral, statistical, and manual review processes to validate submissions and detect abuse. We are not obligated to accept, count, publish, retain, or respond to any submission, and we may preserve submission records, metadata, device or browser information, IP-related information, timestamps, and related technical data for integrity, security, operational, analytical, editorial, and legal purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All site design, branding, text, graphics, layout, logos, and original content on Ohio Election HQ, excluding third-party content and public-source material where applicable, are owned by or licensed to Ohio Election HQ and protected by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ohio Election HQ shall have no liability for any decision to reject, exclude, remove, delay, revise, suspend, or not publish any submission, response, result, sample, tally, percentage, ranking, summary, or related content based on suspected fraud, duplication, manipulation, abuse, or integrity concerns.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.
